Who we are
SamMatch ("sammatch.com") provides B2B subcontractor sourcing and compliance workflow tools for federal prime contractors and SAM.gov-verified small businesses. Contact: support@sammatch.com.
Information we collect
- Account data: email address, company name, UEI, role (prime or subcontractor).
- Business profile data: NAICS codes, socio-economic certifications, capability text.
- Compliance workflow data: subcontract requirements (PIID, NAICS, tags), messages between users.
- Payment data: processed by Stripe; we store Stripe customer ID and subscription status only.
- Technical data: session cookies, server logs, and usage necessary to operate the service.
How we use information
- Authenticate users and provide matching, messaging, and compliance dashboards.
- Verify entities against SAM.gov and synchronize public DSBS directory data.
- Send transactional email (welcome, message notifications, opportunity alerts) via Resend.
- Process subscriptions and prevent fraud or abuse.
Sharing and subprocessors
We do not sell personal data. We share data with service providers necessary to operate SamMatch: Supabase (database and auth), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting), Google (optional Requirement Assist AI extraction), and SAM.gov / data.gov (public entity lookups). Each provider processes data under their own terms and security practices.
Retention and security
We retain account and workflow data while your account is active and as needed for legal or operational purposes. Row-level security and role-based access controls limit data exposure. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your account data by emailing support@sammatch.com. Opportunity alert emails include an unsubscribe mechanism where applicable.
