Service description
SamMatch provides software tools to help federal prime contractors source and track subcontractor outreach under FAR 52.219-9 workflows. Outputs are informational templates and algorithmic suggestions — not legal advice, compliance certification, or procurement representation. You remain solely responsible for verifying all certifications, contract data, and regulatory obligations through official government sources.
Accounts and eligibility
- You must provide accurate company and UEI information during onboarding.
- Prime premium features require an active paid subscription unless otherwise stated.
- Subcontractor accounts are free; messaging is reply-only to prime-initiated threads.
- You may not share accounts, scrape the platform, or use the service for unlawful purposes.
Subscriptions and billing
Prime subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice. Failed payments may suspend premium access until the subscription is restored.
User content and messaging
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant SamMatch a limited license to host, process, and display that content to operate matching and messaging features. Do not transmit classified, export-controlled, or sensitive government information through the platform unless you have explicit authorization to do so on an unclassified system.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAMMATCH DISCLAIMS LIABILITY FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOST CONTRACTS, OR REGULATORY PENALTIES ARISING FROM USE OF THE PLATFORM. Termination
You may stop using SamMatch at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the service. Upon termination, provisions that by nature should survive (disclaimers, liability limits) remain in effect.
