Yes. Upload one solicitation at the free Requirement Preview — see draft PIID, NAICS, subcontracting goal percentages, total ACTIVE small-business match count, and three ranked results before you pay. No credit card required.

Requirement Assist is SamMatch's RFP upload and field analytics tool for prime contractors. Upload or paste solicitation text and SamMatch extracts draft PIID, primary NAICS, subcontracting goal percentages, a suggested socio-economic category, and a supporting source snippet. Your team reviews and attests accuracy before the requirement enters ranked matching — SamMatch does not auto-post extracted data.

Primes get ranked matching, the compliance dashboard, Requirement Assist, and outreach tools that replace days of manual SBS search. Subcontractors join free so the verified small business pool stays deep — a larger pool makes Prime subscriptions more valuable for compliance teams.
+
Unlimited ranked matching against the live directory, Requirement Assist (RFP upload analytics), the FAR 52.219-9 compliance workspace, prime mailbox and outreach logging, SAM.gov + SBS data sync, and a team workspace with the billing owner plus one included teammate. Additional seats are billed separately.
+
Yes. Prime matching searches the full cached SAM.gov small business pool — not only claimed listings. Claimed, verified profiles surface first when scores tie, but you still get depth in narrow NAICS codes.
+
Yes. Prime subscribers can solicit unclaimed firms directly through the SAM.gov registration contact on file. The email includes your requirement details and a link for the firm to claim its free profile, and the solicitation is logged automatically for your good-faith-effort record. Claimed members are messaged in the in-app mailbox.
+
Yes. Prime is available as an annual subscription at $2,490 per year — roughly two months free compared to paying monthly. Choose annual billing when you subscribe from the dashboard.

SamMatch Signals is $39/mo for award and modification alerts, five prime watchlists, and pursuit briefs built from public federal contract data. It does not change organic prime match ranking — your free profile keeps you eligible for prime search results.
+
SamMatch Pursuit is $89/mo and adds readiness scoring, a past-performance vault, capability statements, and shareable data rooms when you are preparing to pursue a prime award. Pursuit includes Signals; paid plans never pay-to-rank you higher in prime matching.
+
No. Organic prime matching ranks firms by NAICS fit, certifications, and ACTIVE SAM.gov status — not subscription tier. Signals and Pursuit unlock intelligence and preparation tools; they do not increase your ranked position in prime Requirement Assist results.

Cancel yourself from the Stripe billing portal, which opens from your dashboard — there is no retention call or cancellation email to send. Premium access follows your Stripe subscription, so it stays on until that subscription actually ends rather than cutting out the moment you cancel. Fees already paid are not refunded except where law requires it. Your free profile, directory listing, and saved good-faith-effort records stay exactly as they are.
+
Nothing immediately. Stripe automatically retries a failed charge over several days, and a single failure does not revoke premium access — entitlement tracks the subscription status, not one declined payment. Update the card in the billing portal during that window and nothing is interrupted.
+
Only the workspace owner. Invited teammates get full product access but cannot change the plan, update the card, or cancel — so billing control does not spread with seat count.

ReTang LLC, the company behind SamMatch and the merchant of record. Card details are handled entirely by Stripe and never reach SamMatch servers, and your statement will show ReTang LLC rather than SamMatch.
SamMatch organizes subcontractor sourcing, outreach, and category data to support ISR and SSR preparation. Official reports are submitted through SAM.gov. SamMatch does not make legal or compliance determinations.
